You'll lose a little bit of HP and TQ assuming that both carburetors are perfect. If the methanol carb isn't and the E-85 carb is, you may not lose anything. If the methanol carb is good and the E-85 carb isn't, you'll slow down some. Regarding the fuel blend, it isn't that E-70 (tested a new batch ...

Holley 750 mechanical secondary carb, built by AED, taken in on partial trade and completely rebuilt and freshened. It's not one of ours, and the calibration was left as-is. It's in great shape and will work as well as it did new. $375 firm. It's a decent carb for the money. 417-859-2353
