I think the reason they allow the females to post on this forum is to keep the testosterone at a manageable balance. I am just as competitive as anyone, but mainly with myself. I am sure everyone is excited to show what their cars can do this year. Just remember although this is a sport and someone has to win (and lose), we are all winners as long as we can feel the excitement of competition. May you fella's have a fun and exciting weekend but mainly may you do so safely and cross the finish line with pride.

benny farmer wrote:Good i hope it is because if we get our motor to turn over 8000 rpms we should run some 4.0s we ran two 4.13s two weeks ago at tulsa at 160mph with a 8000 rpm revlimiter. :D

I am going to take a stab in the dark and say your eye color is brown because your mph and your et does not add up. To run 4.0's or 3.90's you are going to have to gain 20mph+ and besides why are you guys worried about even coming since your post on Tulsa Raceway said the payout wasn't worth sh**! :bringit:

Is anybody else wondering WHY you would have a 8000 rpm rev chip.

Oh and bigbird it sounds like the Farmers have been faster than you at only 8000 rpm.

Wow. Where were those 4.0's and 3's from Farmer???? :?:

The ONLY 2 cars that could get on here and say they're gonna 4.0's and 3's are the 2 who have already done it. One did it again last night. (Good job and CONGRATS Ron and crew!!) Funniest part is they're the two I don't think you'd ever see on here running their mouth.
It's hard to see the big picture when you're looking through a small screen...

Well we did run a 4.12 and lifted a 3.02 sec into the run and at 162mph i think that would have been a 4.0 if the track would have held it i only said if the track would hold it and we had the car setup really soft to burn 30 thousands off the clutch and still run that i think we did ok this weekend besides hurting the motor in the semis butt we will have it fixed soon and be back with more power and we lerned some thing this weekend now that we have a computer on the car:)

With the crazy wind, I was surprized to see such quick times. I would think a stable wind day will deffinately produce better times by all teams. I thought every body did a pretty good job. Can't wait till the next one.

The track was very good Scott pretty much had his 4.50 tune up in the car had an .880 60 ft still went 3.45 after banging the blower 3 seconds in the run. I think that was his first Ozark fire ball ..........on the track lol
