3 SBC blocks & 1 powerglide

Postby Blacksheep » Mon Jun 29, 2009 7:40 pm

Here's the thing.
Had these blocks stored in a barn that I thought was safe.
Long story short... doors got knocked down & moisture got to 'em.
There is surface rust (no pitting that I can see) in the bores.
I don't know if they can be machined or not.
They could be boat anchors for all I know.
From the #'s on the blocks...
#1
'76-'78 350 4-bolt
#2
'69 350 2-bolt
#3
'75 265 (this one has crank & pistons)
$25 each

The powerglide will need to be rebuilt.
$100
Reply here or P.M. I check the board everyday.

Thanks for the offer but it's worth more than that.
I had this pg behind a 396 & it worked great when I pulled it.
I just went with a different setup.
But that was in 1987 & it's been sitting ever since, that's why I would suggest a re-build.
