The track was STELLAR!

Postby rad55 » Sat Sep 22, 2012 10:56 am

Holy Cow the track came around (great job Al, Marty and crew!!!!) Congrats to all those that set new track records!!!!

Crowd favorite and a great friend to Ozark Raceway Park Don Irwin is doing great! He ended up with a broken rib and sternum but said he'll see us all today at the track! :)

For those that didn't make it out last night, Don's HUGE wheelie created a "brake problem" (when the brake pedal goes to the floor and there is no pedal... that's a problem!)! He didn't get stopped and went through the first set of hay bales and the first net! And in the fashion that only Showtime Don can do, his first words to medical and staff were...."did you see that wheelie!"

We love Don!!!!!!!
Bring it!

Don, hoping for a speedy recovery. Take it easy for a couple days. Glad you walked away from that!
