Well ORP nation it was a GREAT weekend at our 2nd home track at MOKAN Dragway. First of all we want to thank Carl and the entire crew at Mokan for a great weekend and hospitality. Your hard work today getting that track and grounds race ready just proves you guys are here for the racers. Most tracks would Have thrown in the towel by 10am but your crew pulled ahead!! Well done.
To all of our racers and families, we simply couldn’t be more proud of each and everyone of you. The way you represented Ozark was a simply a sight to behold. We are also proud to announce that team Ozark won the points at the CDRA finals.
Lucy Newberry won tonight in JR’s, Brian Walker runnered up in NO-E. CJ killkenny got the win Saturday evening and also the race of champions. There were several more racers going deep in eliminations. All this made Ozark top dogs for 2017. Special thanks to Neal and the Nitro cafe for working tirelessly keeping the team fed all weekend. The food and the smiles while serving it up was amazing.
In closing, we just want to say that everyone that races or supports our little track make Ozark what it is, and that my friends is awesome!
